- Orders are shipped from our available inventory locations, including the United States and overseas.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We recommend monitoring your tracking details and contacting the shipping carrier directly for any delivery concerns.
Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.

Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- For mascara, the product must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund or return.
- To initiate a return, email info@cevfura.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a small restocking fee may apply.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly—sometimes on the same day they are placed. Due to this, we have a limited window to modify shipping details or cancel orders.
